Humana Brain, a project by Clínica Humana and C2C, awarded the II Edition of CAEB – Santander Awards for business innovation

Last April 21 it was held the II Edition of CAEB – Santander Awards for business innovation. The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands.

The winning project of this edition is Humana Brain, developed by Clínica Humana and C2C, a company focused on developing sanitary software. Humana Brain is a virtual brain that carries out the monitoring and control of the chronic patient at home, supported by a virtual assistant called Rosa.

Rosa monitors patients by communicating with them through natural language in a chat system. In this way, this virtual brain helps Clínica Humana to prioritise actions, classify patients and automate some tasks that are repetitive, such as periodic recording of patient data.

Humana Brain participated in the awards along with 3 other nominations: Hundredrooms, Sampol Comunicaciones y Wireless DNA. An expert commission conducted the selection of the finalists among 21 submitted projects. After the presentation of the 4 companies, the winning candidacy was announced and the work of the other three finalist companies was recognised.
